Refunds and Exchanges
I currently do not accept refunds nor exchanges on orders placed in the store. In special circumstances, I may accept returns or send replacements. If this is the case, please contact me through [[email protected]] for any enquiries.
Preorders cannot be cancelled.
order processing
Orders will be processed with much care and as quickly as possible. However, I'm only one person, so please allow me a week to handle your order. If you are worried about waiting, feel free to contact me through email or Twitter!
Shipping
Shipping is done through AusPost.
Unregistered (AUSTRALIA ONLY):
- No tracking available
- Sent in flat, bubble mailers
- Delivery takes up to 6 business days depending on location
Registered:
- Tracking number and email notifications
- Sent as parcels (tracked domestic letter if Australian address)
- Because of COVID-19, this is the only option for international customers.
- Delivery will be around 2 - 8 weeks depending on your location.
UPDATE DECEMBER 2022 REGARDING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Unfortunately, there are current delays in shipping to all locations. I am currently not shipping to countries which only accept sea mail packages or are not accepting mail from AusPost. Country list and more info here.
Due to new VAT and LUCID laws as of July 2022, I am unable to ship to the UK and Germany. If you are from the UK or Germany, please check my Etsy.
I do not collect any VAT on orders placed in my Bigcartel store. Due to VAT regulations, you may have to pay fees and duties upon delivery. I am unable to assist with unclaimed packages, and unreturned packages. This is unfortunately out of my control.
